- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Malaysia Time) will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods, processing times may be extended slightly, and we appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery within Malaysia. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.
- West Malaysia: Standard shipping rates apply.
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Additional shipping charges may apply due to distance and logistics costs.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders above RM350 within Malaysia.
Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, delivery times will depend on your location and the courier service used:
- West Malaysia: 2-5 business days
- East Malaysia: 5-10 business days
- Remote Areas: Additional 2-3 business days may be required
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if provided during checkout). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the respective courier service’s website.
5. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier may schedule another delivery attempt or return the package to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
6. International Shipping
At this time, Everhydrate Sdn. Bhd. only ships within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping, but we are working towards expanding our shipping destinations in the future.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, unexpected delays or lost shipments can occur. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Please check your tracking information.
- If there is no update for more than 7 business days, kindly reach out to us via the Contact Us page, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
